Vinyasa Flow

Start off the Holiday Season with a yoga session guided by Nancy Wise (newest member of the Zen family). Treat yourself by heading into this crazy time of year feeling grounded and centered. Nancy will walk you through a 75 minute moving meditation, designed to get your heart rate up and calm your mind... all at the same time. A class for all yoga levels- Nancy links the breath with movement in a way that allows you to jazz it up or slow it down- yogis choice!

What is Myofascial Release Therapy? Some local therapists explain how it works and why it is one of healthcare's most effective forms of therapy as a whole body approach for pain and dysfunction. MFR self treatment techniques can be used daily and are a great way to deepen your body awareness. These techniques can: reduce and relieve pain, tightness, and tenderness in the body, increase flexibility and movement, enhance the treatments you are currently receiving and empower you with the ability to self-treat.

$15 drop in/workshop. Max 15 people. Registration required.
